48hr Saddle Trial

All saddles sold at Tack Solutions come with a 48 hour, or two day, return policy.

In order to take a saddle out on a 48 hour trial period the saddle must be purchased in full and to receive a refund it must be returned with any pieces sold with it (such as latigos/off billets, hobbles, leathers & irons, etc.)

After returning a saddle you will receive a full refund within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank. We have released all the funds on our end, at that point it would be up to your bank to return the amount to your account.

Upon purchase, you will receive a receipt of purchase. 

Your saddle trial form will have the date & time your saddle must be returned by. 

Return Policy

All items purchased at Tack Solutions may be returned within 48 hours with a receipt as long as they are in the same condition as when they were purchased. If the item is purchased new, we must be able to sell the item as new again. If the item is used, it must be returned in the same condition.

After this 48 hour period Tack Solutions reserves the right to offer store credit or deny the return outright. In cases of the latter we may be able to take the item on consignment.
