- Used helmets and uncertified air vests
- Tall boots without zippers
- English saddles without knee rolls
- Western saddles without stirrups
- Soaking boots
- Fetlock donut boots
- Fleece girths unless in NEW condition
- Peacock irons
- Saddleseat clothing and tack (including cutback saddles)
- Breeches with velcro-bottoms (Unless Tailored Sportsman or RJ Classics)
- Side zipper breeches
- Wool hunt coats
- Hunt shirts with separate collars (rat catchers)
- Shipping boots (unless brand new, sets of 4)
- Sets of 2 polo wraps and standing wraps
- Personalized or monogrammed items (may take certain brands - always priced low)
- Anything that is missing pieces, stained, broken, or dirty (if it is not ready to ride, we generally do not accept it)
- We also take items based on what sells best and current styles and trends. Older styles, thick material, and any other items that do not sell well for us, may also be refused during the intake and evaluation process.

Seasonal Items:
- Blankets are only accepted seasonally, from November 1st through the end of February of the next year.
- This includes:
Turnout blankets
Turnout sheets
Stable blankets
Stable sheets - Fly sheets, coolers, scrim sheets, and sleazies are accepted year round.
- Strict guidelines are followed during blanket acceptance months:
Blankets that are accepted are:
Freshly laundered and clean.
Free of staining and tears.
Odor free and ready to sell!
In gently used or like new condition!
Blankets that are NOT accepted are:
Dirty, muddy, and/or manure covered.
Blankets with a strong odor such as urine, mildew, etc.
Blankets with excessive hair.
Torn or heavily damaged. Minor repairs will be accepted but priced accordingly.
- Decor and collectible items are generally accepted year round, however do sell the best during the holidays from the end of September through the end December. Consignors may be advised to bring certain items back closer to these months.
- We are generally very selective with our knick knacks, collectibles, art pieces and other decor items. Only equestrian related pieces that we feel have a higher chance of selling are accepted on for consignment.
- We are a tack and apparel store so our selection of decor items is small, carefully curated, and these items typically take longer to sell than every day equestrian sport products.
Please Note:
Tack Solutions reserves the right to refuse intake or evaluation on items that are excessively dirty. We request that items are clean, odor-free, and in sellable condition for the consignment intake process. Thank you for your consideration as we work to maintain a quality and cleanly inventory selection for our customers, as well as a safe and sanitary environment for our staff!
